Question: Will what is promised to me come to fruition in the next two months?

Can you be more vague?

I decided to do a traditional Celtic Cross spread for this question because I can’t determine from it whether it has to do with career, family, relationships, etc. I also figured a three card past, present, future would be too broad an answer. Although her question lacks detail, it is very specific. A detailed reading is required. I drew the cards in the sequence depicted below.

1. Page of Wands

Currently you strain to channel your energy into what it is you desire but you end up frustrated and drained. Your energy is blocked because you’re trying to force something to happen but its not the right time. Your energy comes, work is done, but you end up with nothing to show for it.

Suggestion: Take a break, you need to let the energy come naturally. Happy distractions, taking the time to be grateful for what you have.

2. Knight of Wands

You may be wondering which new development should get your undivided attention because you’re seeing new things spring to life all around you.

3. Four of Wands

You may be overwhelmed. It may seem like things are still up in the air but everything that has been done is done, and now its just time to see how things fall. Everything is settling down. Any action taken now would not change the outcome.

Suggestions: Rest your excess energies, stay patient.

4. Ten of Pentacles

In the past, more distantly, you’ve had financial stability from external resources, properties, investments, or family. This may be completely unrelated to your question, I guess it just serves as a fact.

5. The Star

Excellent, I don’t think you could get a better card in regards to your question. I hope what was promised to you was something GOOD! A positive outcome is very likely. If you are not feeling a lot of hope and inspiration you should surround yourself with people who bring this out in you.

6. Seven of Swords

In your immediate future, you should concern yourself with protecting your ideas from people who might take advantage of you. You could easily mess up and end up disadvantaged. This card implies you’d only have yourself to blame. I wouldn’t get overly analytical about every decision you make, however, I would be careful not to trust too easily if you have something fragile like a baby idea, etc.

Be alert for people who contradict themselves!!! Keep them at arms length. It should be very easy to spot this person or people, just keep your distance. No other action is required.

7. The Fool

OK… so something from your past is holding you back. May be recent past. You have to let it go and embrace new ideas. This card suggests you may have nervous tension and lack of discipline, but honestly the details are going to take care of themselves. Figure out what you are resisting, and let it go.

8. The Sun

Your own drive and determination may be burning you out. Your card is reversed so the little cute baby angels are actually withering from the heat and radiation of the sun! :O

This is all about balance. This card suggests you may need to spread your energies across all aspects of your life. If you’ve been having A LOT of fun lately pay more attention to responsibilities or vice versa. I’m guessing its the reverse scenario. (LOL)

No, I’m not done lecturing yet! This card my also be pointing out that a situation or project was delayed because expectations were too high originally. This may have caused the imbalance in the first place. The best course of action is to focus on rebalancing your life. It may seem like if you shift your focus now you lose, but ironically its the opposite.

9. Six of Pentacles

This card shows that you may have a fear of wealth. You desire it but fear how it may change the course of your life and the decisions that you make.

10. The Empress, King of Wands, The Magician

The Empress - Positive creative growth, you will have the energy and creative fuel to expand any project or venture.

The King of Wands - Positive light on dealings and agreements, there are new horizons, business dealings go well.

The Magician - You are a catalyst, you bring things together, you will start new and do well.

All three cards were drawn upright and represent positive outcomes.
